Mist: Spritz your pillow spray. Lie back and breathe in the fragrance through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. Enjoy a deep night’s sleep and look forward to a fresh tomorrow.

Body Butter: Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the magnesium butter all over your body. Do some mindful breathing, in for 7, out for 11.

Candle: Burn our natural travel candles for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 5mm.
