We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Certain products are final sale (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cleansing Bars (opened packaging)
  • Body Washes (opened products)
  • Brow Pencils (all purchases)
  • Concealers & Color Correctors (opened products)
  • Blushers & Bronzers (opened compacts)

These exceptions align with industry standards for cosmetic and personal care hygiene.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused products with original packaging and include your order number

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • US Customers: USPS Priority Mail with tracking ($7-$15)
  • International Customers: Your local postal service with tracking

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or return label if needed
