  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Our Flexible Return Policy

We want you to love every Dewloria product as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cleansing Bars (if packaging is opened)
  • Body Washes (if opened)
  • Brow Pencils (all purchases)
  • Concealers & Color Correctors (if opened)
  • Blushers & Bronzers (if compacts are opened)

These exceptions follow industry standards for cosmetic and personal care hygiene.

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: Our beauty consultants will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused products with original packaging and include your order number
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Denver facility using a trackable method

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend:
    • US Customers: USPS Priority Mail with tracking ($7-$15)
    • International Customers: Your local postal service with tracking

Refund Process
